Return, Shipping, and Refund Policies 
 
Shipping 
 
Kriebs Customs LLC ships all of its products via USPS or UPS. All knives will ship with shipping insurance in the full amount of the order. Orders of any item that is not a knife will not be shipped with additional insurance (selecting Priority Mail as the shipping method will automatically be eligible for the current standard amount of Priority Mail insurance through USPS [as of 12/23/2022 this is $100]). Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been packaged, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be scanned at the shipping facility, thus some tracking numbers will not show activity for up to 5 days in extreme cases. 
 
International Shipping 
 
When possible, the website will calculate International Shipping. If the amount paid at checkout is inaccurate, the customer will be invoiced for any charges above and beyond what were already paid. An invoice will be sent for these additional charges. Invoices not paid within 14 days and with 2 invoices sent will be cancelled and a 15% cancellation fee will be assessed. Kriebs Customs LLC will not be responsible for any returned package due to customs regulations. We advise you to first check with your countries laws regarding knives prior to making your purchase. Should your package be returned to us, we will contact you to see how you'd like to re-ship. All additional shipping fees will be charged to the customer. International orders cannot be cancelled due to shipping issues. Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. 
 
Returns 
 
We offer a 7-business day return policy from the date of receipt. Anything after 7-business days will not be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/not worn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders. Shipping fees will not be refunded. 

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. 

To initiate a return, please e-mail us at KriebsCustomsLLC@gmail.com and we will send you all the information you need to initiate the return process.  

Do not send your purchase back to us without notification. If we receive an item without notification, it will be sent back to you.  
 
Kriebs Customs LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods which occur in the process of return shipping. Please insure the package for the full purchase price when returning. 
 
Refunds (if applicable) 
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Shipping will not be refunded. If the return is accepted and a refund is made, please allow 7 days for funds to be allocated to your bank account. This is out of our control, most banks process quickly, but errors and delays occur. Once the refund is issued, the funds are no longer in the possession of Kriebs Customs LLC. 
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at KriebsCustomsLLC@gmail.com. 
 
Custom Orders 
 
Custom Orders are made to order items. Custom orders will be assessed a non-refundable deposit, this will vary on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to require any deposit from 0% to 100% of the total cost of the item, this will be discussed and agreed upon prior to beginning any custom order. Work will not begin on your custom item until the entire amount of the entire deposit is paid. Cancellation requests made prior to the completion of your custom item will be assessed a cancellation fee of 100% of the previously mentioned, non-refundable deposit. 
 
Exchanges (if applicable) 
 
We are happy to replace any items that prove to be defective or have any manufacturing errors. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at KriebsCustomsLLC@gmail.com 

Note: This exchange policy does NOT apply for any custom item. If you have issues with your custom item, please email us at KriebsCustomsLLC@gmail.com and we will see what we can do to help you out.  

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for re-shipment of an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Length of time to receive your exchange will vary depending on location.  

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot guarantee against damage in shipping, as this is entirely out of our control.
